Cassette Beasts is a role-playing video game developed by Bytten Studio and published by Raw Fury. Released for PC on April 26, 2023, and for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on May 25, 2023, it later launched on Android and iOS on January 15, 2025. The game is inspired by the Pokémon series and follows a player character who transforms into monsters using a cassette player while trying to return home from the island of New Wirral. It received generally favorable reviews and was nominated for a 2024 BAFTA Games Award.

Cassette Beasts was developed by UK-based Bytten Studio, a two-person team of Jay Baylis and Tom Coxon, both former Chucklefish employees who worked on Wargroove and Starbound. Part-time contributors included an animator, a character illustrator, and musician Joel Baylis. The developers aimed the game at adults who grew up with Pokémon and sought deeper story and mechanics. The 14,000 possible monster fusions were achieved through modular design, and combat was inspired by Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest's status effects. The plot, inspired by isekai, twists the genre by having all characters transported to New Wirral, focusing on the stranded people.
